Whenever I hear about a new beauty product that sparks my interest, one of the first things I do is take to the internet. I want to know all the things — the good, the bad, and the ugly. So as I sit here, writing my review of Oliveda, I want you to know that I understand the importance of honesty and transparency in sharing my results and giving you my honest opinion and experience with this Oliveda skincare review.

My Purpose For Sharing My Oliveda Skincare Review

I know that you’re here reading this because you want to know the truth about Oliveda. You want to know if Oliveda is worth investing in. If the results you see online with this skincare line are actually real and unfiltered. You want to know if things shared by Oliveda’s Waterless Beauty Consultants are genuine, or just sales gimmicks so they can make a commission. And I get all of that. I’ve been in your shoes. Many times. In fact, I was in the same spot you are now when I was first introduced to Oliveda.

Only there weren’t any online reviews for me to read, or many places to gather information about the brand online, so my information starting out was limited. And that is exactly why I wanted to share my honest Oliveda skincare review and shocking results after only 8 days of using the products. I want to provide you with the information I was seeking, but couldn’t find.

So I hope you know that even though I am now an Oliveda Affiliate, I only ever share about products I use and genuinely love. I will never lead you astray for the sake of making a buck. Integrity and honesty are very important qualities that I pride myself in having, and I want my readers and followers to always know they can trust me. The reason why I am sharing this review is because I want others to experience the same kind of skin transformation that I did from using these products.

Its the same reason why I share about the makeup that I love so much. When I find something I love, I want to share it with everyone I love. Because they deserve the same confidence boost and positive results that I am getting from the products I have fallen in love with.

So, now that I have hopefully eased any wariness you might have come in with as you started to read this post, let’s now dive into my experience with Oliveda Skincare and what I really think of their products in this honest Oliveda skincare review.

How I Discovered Oliveda

The first time I heard about Oliveda, it was a post on facebook. The person said they had discovered this incredible waterless beauty brand (I had no idea what that meant at the time), and that it had only just recently made its way to the US, after having massive success for over 2 decades in Europe. Knowing what I know about the European Standards for beauty, I was instantly intrigued.

It also piqued my interest to know that there was a potential business opportunity here as well. It is not very often — downright rare, actually — that an opportunity to join an established beauty brand just opening up to new market comes long. Getting in on the ground floor of a business venture like this is always full of incredible potential.

What My Research Revealed About Oliveda Skincare

At this point, my interest was captured enough, that I decided to do a little digging. And what I uncovered taught me that this company was a holistic, clean beauty brand (and if I am being totally honest, this actually made me more skeptical of it) that was based on the healing benefits of the Olive Tree. Apparently, the antioxidant compound, hydroxytyrosol, found abundantly in olive tree leaves, enables olive trees to not only survive, but also thrive, for 4000 years. This detail reignited my interest, especially recalling JLo’s secret to great skin being olive oil. Sophia Loren, another beauty icon, claimed the same thing about using olive oil for her skin. In fact, a lot of celebrities swear by olive oil as their secret beauty hack for good skin.

I then went on to read about the massive success the company had over in Europe. Celebrities like Gigi Hadid, Charlize Theron, and Madonna endorsed them, and popular beauty magazines such as Vogue, In Style, Cosmopolitan, Bazaar, Elle, and Glamour featured their products.

And as we’re all aware, social media is infamous for tailoring ads and posts to our recent online activities. So I then began noticing an increasing number of posts discussing a unique skincare line unlike anything else available. This brand offered a waterless beauty solution crafted from the olive tree, with its powerful antioxidant hydroxytyrosol, renowned for its transformative effects on the skin. Following these posts, there would typically be an invitation to leave a comment, accompanied by a green olive emoji to discover more.

After all of the research I had been doing, it was clear which brand all these posts were referring to. And mosts of the posts were interesting enough to keep me curious. But not curious enough to take any direct action. That is until I started seeing some social media posts that finally resonated with me enough to convince me to try the skincare myself.

How Social Media Convinced Me to Try Oliveda Skincare

We’ve all seen those skincare before and afters where the person looks like an entirely new person. Their severe rosacea is cleared up, their chronic acne is gone, and so on. And while those transformations are always incredible to see, they weren’t particularly relatable for me.

I’ve always had pretty decent skin. Don’t get me wrong; it’s far from perfect. But I’ve never suffered from any major issues with it. I didn’t battle acne as a teenager, I just got the occasional pimple—a fact I don’t take for granted. And with my fair complexion, I was forced to avoid the sun and always wear avid amounts of sunscreen. Otherwise I would burn and blister (it only had to happen once, and I was scarred for life… literally and figuratively). Missing out on having beautiful golden skin from tanning beds like other girls in high school felt like a drawback then. But now I see it was actually a hidden blessing. And I think I was also fortunate enough to inherit some decent genetics. My mom still has beautiful skin at 70, and my dad’s is good too.

Now I tell you all of this not to boast. Like I said, my skin is far from perfect. I just want you to understand why the posts I am about to tell you about had such an impact on me.

Mixed in with all the phenomenal skin transformations I was seeing, I also started seeing some transformation pictures of women with normal skin. And by normal skin, I just mean there was nothing crazy or extreme happening with their skin in the before photos. But then there afters photos were a complete and total glow-up. Essentially they would go from having good skin, to having great skin! And that is what pulled me in. I had never seen a skincare line give somebody with normal, healthy skin such a noticeable transformation before.

My History With Skincare

You have to understand, that as someone who has built an online presence in the beauty sphere, I have tried my fair share of skincare lines over the years. And I’ve always been intentional about making sure they were high quality, reputable brands. Some were more expensive than others, but I recognize that skincare is an investment, and it is an investment I feel like is worthwhile. Because even though I do have fairly good skin, my skin is still skin. And as I am getting older, I’m starting to see some of the natural changes that come with age. I now have some melasma spots on one of my cheeks from various pregnancies. And my under-eyes are starting to get more defined lines and wrinkles.

But these are just typical things that happen to the skin as we age. And after using a variety of different skincare lines over the years, and never seeing any real change or improvements to my skin, I just resigned myself to the fact that when it came to skincare, that I would never see changes to my own skin. That skincare for me would just be about preventative measures and protecting my skin to keep it as healthy and youthful as possible as I continue to age.

And so given all that, you can probably understand why these before and afters, the ones where the skin went from good to great, really pulled me in. To me, Oliveda had the rare X-Factor Simon Cowell always talked about on American Idol back in the day. And so I finally decided to dive in, head first.

Getting Started With Oliveda Skincare

Because of all the things I discovered in my vast amount of research, I opted to not only try the skincare, but to try the skincare as an affiliate of Oliveda. Joining before trying isn’t usual for me. I typically like to try the products first before committing to anything. But something just felt different about Oliveda. And I wanted to seize the opportunity being presented. So I joined Oliveda and purchased their largest consultant kit (go big or go home, right?!). I figured my consultant savings on the kit more than made up for the $50 enrollment fee, and the kit essentially gave me a bunch of products to start experimenting with as someone who was new to the skincare line itself.

When I made the leap to join Oliveda, there was a clear understanding in my mind: If it didn’t resonate with me, I wouldn’t hesitate to return back to my previous skincare routine. However, if it proved to be the game-changer I was hoping for, becoming a consultant would naturally be my next step, thus streamlining the process. And since opportunities to join forces with an established brand like Oliveda, especially at a time when it’s gaining traction in the US, are extremely rare, I felt like I couldn’t afford to pass it up.

So I started my Oliveda skincare journey with my online followers, not knowing what to expect from it. I was transparent about being one of Oliveda’s Waterless Beauty Consultants, but without having tried the products for myself yet. I invited them to follow along with my own skincare journey so we could discover if Oliveda was really as incredible as all the hype around it. And then as I started using the products, I shared my honest thoughts and feelings through the process. I told them from the beginning that I had no qualms about redirecting things if Oliveda turned out to be a bust. But luckily it wasn’t. Far from it, in fact. It surpassed even my highest expectations.

So now let’s get into my Oliveda skincare review and the shocking results I got after only 8 days of using the products.

My Oliveda Skincare Review

We’ve all heard the saying “a picture is worth a thousand words”. And let’s be honest: this post is worth next to nothing if I don’t have any proof to back it up. So I made sure I took before photos prior to using any of the Oliveda products so I could really see what, if any, changes took place in my skin. My before photos were taken on the morning of March 6, 2024.

I then proceeded to use the products. And it was apparent from the start this skincare line was different than some of the ones I’d used in the past. The consistency of the products were thicker (thanks to it being a waterless brand), and even though it consisted of all natural components, they didn’t have the earthy scent that so many other clean brands have. In fact, the products smelled nice. Some even smelled really good.

I had initially intended to start with just a few products. However, I ended up using a full Oliveda skincare regimen both morning and night. While I don’t necessarily recommend this route for most initially, I tend to be an all or nothing girl. I wanted to really immerse myself into the products to see the full extent of what they could do for my skin.

The “After” Photo

I had planned on waiting to take my first set of after pictures 2 weeks into my journey with Oliveda. But I am not known for my patience, and curiosity got the best of me. So 8 days into using the products, I decided to take some after photos just to see.

My expectations were low. Especially because looking at my face, everything appeared to be the same as far as I could tell. If you were to have asked me in that exact moment what I thought of Oliveda, I would have said it was clearly a high quality brand and that it made my skin feel softer and more supple (which was completely true). But I wouldn’t have had much beyond that to say.

So on the morning of March 14, 2024, I proceeded to take my first set of Oliveda after photos. Making sure it was an accurate and fair comparison was really important to me. So I made sure I was wearing the exact same outfit as the day I took my before photos. I also made sure I took the photos in the exact same spot and at the same time of day. I even tried to make sure my pose and camera angles were identical to my original pictures.

The Comparison

Once I had all of my after photos, I created some side-by-side images with the layout app on my phone. And as I looked at my own before and afters, only 8 days into my Oliveda skincare journey, I was speechless. I honestly could not believe what I was seeing in the photos.

In fact, I was so shocked, that I actually didn’t believe the photos could be accurate. There was no way my skin could have changed that much in only 8 days. Especially after never seeing any changes to my skin after years of maintaining a consistent skincare routine, and using what were considered to be great products.

So I ended up taking more photos. I was just so sure I must have stood in such a way to cause a trick in the lighting. I even double and triple checked my phone settings to be sure a filter wasn’t on without me knowing. Because the results just couldn’t be real. There was no way.

But with each new photo I took, and placed beside my “before” photos, I slowly started to realize that the differences I was seeing in the pictures were my actual results. That in just 8 days, Oliveda had actually changed my skin in some really incredible ways.

My Before and Afters: My Shocking Results After 8 Days of Using Oliveda Skincare

So let’s get to the part you have been waiting for: my pictures. And while they say a picture is worth a thousand words, for me, these pictures say a whole lot more than that.

In the top two profile photos, you can see just how much more even toned my skin is. The sallow, light parts of my skin in the before photos are brighter and more even. And the darks spots and melasma on my cheek are lighter and softer.

And then in the bottom two photos you can see the most exciting change for me. Check out the difference in the bunny lines on my nose! I could not (and still can’t) believe how drastically they were reduced. I was getting more insecure about my bunny lines as they started to get more pronounced with age. So seeing these side-by-sides for the first time, I could have cried. I was honestly speechless. It just seemed too good to be true.

You can even see where the darkness under my eyes has started to lighten a little in the bottom two photos. And when I showed my husband the top left photo, I asked him if he could see any difference between them. He said, “Yeah, the photo on the left you aren’t wearing any makeup. And then you’re wearing a little bit of makeup in the photo on the right.” NOPE! These are untouched, unedited, raw images where I am not wearing any makeup in any of them. The only difference between these before and after photos, is 8 days and an Oliveda Skincare Regimen.

How Oliveda Healed My Cracked Heels: Another Oliveda Skincare Review

But my Oliveda Skincare Review doesn’t stop there. I decided to also use the Oliveda Softening Foot Balm on my dry and cracked heels. I had pretty much given up hope on them, but I figured one last ditch effort couldn’t hurt. And so I started using Oliveda’s Softening Foot Balm each night before bed just to see what would happen.

My heels have always gone through phases where they will be dry and cracked. But typically, if I use a foot mask and stay consist with vaseline at night, they will heal up. But my last pregnancy seemed to really do a number on my heels for some reason. And my normal foot mask and vaseline combo weren’t doing the trick. They helped heal my heels enough to stop them from hurting after some of the cracks had gotten too deep. But they still never got back to a softer and smoother point again. And no matter what else I did, they just remained rough.

So like I said, I decided to try Oliveda’s Softening Foot Balm out. The bottle had come with the Consultant Kit I had purchased. I figured since I already had it, I had nothing to lose in trying it.

Well, after 11 days (more like 9 because I missed a couple of nights), these are my results from the Oliveda Foot Softening Balm. My apologies in advance for posting pictures of my feet, haha!

Crazy, right?!? I still can’t believe the difference! I used a foot pumice once in the shower during the 11 days I was applying the foot softening balm. But that was it. And I could not be more thrilled with the results!

Sum Up of My Oliveda Skincare Review

Suffice to say, I am completely sold on Oliveda. My results speak for themselves. I have never experienced results like this (or really, any results, period) with other skincare lines before. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the Oliveda Skincare line.
